Fano (PU) – Sulle prossime primarie del Pd è intervenuto questa mattina il gruppo provinciale dei Circoli Nuova Italia per sottolineare come il presidente della Provincia Matteo Ricci, stia lavorando per sostenere la candidatura di Bersani.
“Da quando Matteo Ricci è sceso in campo per sostenere Bersani alle primarie del PD non si è davvero risparmiato – dichiarano dai Circoli Nuova Italia -. Su e giù per le Marche e per l’Italia è arrivato fino a Lecco per promuovere il rinnovamento bersaniano e per contrastare il pericolo di un eventuale successo di Matteo Renzi si è spinto fino in terra fiorentina a cercare proseliti. La prima curiosità di questo sorprendente attivismo del Presidente è sicuramente una questione tutta interna al suo partito ma che non possiamo fare a meno di evidenziare. Ma perché mai, in una campagna elettorale per le primarie, un segretario di un partito come il PD, con tutti i militanti, gli iscritti, i volontari, le associazioni e i sindacati a loro vicini (se non affiliati) avrebbe estremo bisogno di un così forte impegno di Matteo Ricci? O meglio, perché Matteo Ricci sente il bisogno (dovere) di spendersi in maniera così energica e anche al di fuori del proprio territorio, per sostenere il suo segretario?”
“Non vorremmo essere facili profeti nell’ipotizzare che tutti questi comizi in giro per l’Italia – continuano i Circoli Nuova Italia – possano fruttare a Ricci una poltroncina romana in un eventuale futuro governo Bersani perché speriamo che nessuno di voi creda davvero al ‘Ricci eroe’ che non si candida in Parlamento per rimanere a combattere la crisi a Pesaro, senza più la Provincia e con le elezioni comunali del capoluogo che si preannunciano ‘bollenti’ soprattutto all’interno del Pd. È fin troppo chiaro che il giovane Presidente ha fatto bene i suoi calcoli anche in barba a chi, all’interno del suo partito, di certo non gli ha facilitato il ‘naturale percorso’ verso Roma”.
“Ma se davvero sarà così (e non dubitiamo che sarà così) – affermano i Circoli Nuova Italia – allora si pone la seconda questione del caso, che invece riguarda tutti i cittadini e in generale un certo modo di fare politica. Partiamo dal presupposto che chi ricopre una carica istituzionale importante e che ha l’onore di rappresentare un’intera comunità, dovrebbe astenersi dall’attività di campagna elettorale diretta (a meno che non riguardi la sua, ovviamente). Un Presidente che eviti, ad ogni competizione, di entrare nell’agone politico, sarebbe davvero una novità, una bella novità, ma chiaramente Ricci non si è minimamente preoccupato dal poter offrire una positiva eccezione, ma più probabilmente non se n’è nemmeno reso conto, visto che è un giovane – vecchio politico”.

Questa, tra le altre, è una di quelle sgradevoli pratiche di un vecchio modo di fare politica, di fare cattiva politica, che i cittadini non sopportano più ma che nonostante questo i politici-politicanti come Ricci continuano a promuovere. È proprio vero che per rinnovare, per rinnovare davvero, la questione anagrafica non conta nulla!”

LIZA Minnelli has left the country, but not without first falling in love with a certain Aussie lass with a bold personality, a sparkling wardrobe and a repertoire of Las Vegas show tunes.
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, Kerri-Anne Kennerley so captured Ms Minnelli’s heart during her tour that the star acknowledged Kennerley from the stage during her sold-out final concert on Monday night.
“I want to thank Kerri-Anne Kennerley for the great friendship she’s given while I’ve been here,” is the roughly captured transcript of her cheerio.
Then, as though in a Kennerley dream sequence, a spotlight found the TV presenter in the crowd and illuminated an exuberant Kennerley, who stood up, waved her arms hysterically, and then sat down.

She talks about it in the current issue of New Idea, out today. She tells the magazine:
‘I didn’t have any of the risk factors,’ she tells New Idea in the exceptionally raw and moving chat.
‘That’s why I thought it could never happen to me. I’ve always looked after myself, but here I am.’

Kerri-Anne Kennerley on ice as Seven benches screen queen

The long-awaited new chat show hosted by Kerri-Anne Kennerley is, well, still a long way away.
The TV identity, who remains signed to Seven following her Dancing With The Stars stint, said the program styled si milarly to Nine’s Mornings had hit a hurdle.
“It’s on the backburner at the moment,” she said. “I don’t really know what’s happening with it unfortunately, we’ll just have to see.”
KAK – who was dumped from Mornings and replaced with Sonia Kruger – confi rmed she was approached to do new reality diving competition Celebrity Splash. But she gave a vehement “no thanks”.
“I was worried I might die,” Kennerley said.
“It’s a dangerous thing to do at my age, I think. Dancing is dancing, but this is serious sport we’re talking about. I remember being asked to do that iceskating show Dancing On Ice when it was on and I said no to that too for the same reason. You could die from a concussion on ice. Not for me.”
Seven’s Celebrity Splash will feature celebs learning to do high-platform dives with professional coaches. Rachael Finch is rumoured to be among those taking part.

Kerri-Anne Kennerley diagnosed with breast cancer
It’s been a week since Kerri-Anne Kennerley was diagnosed with breast cancer but she will wait until the final of Dancing With The Stars before having surgery. “I didn’t have any risk factors” she said “that’s why I thought it could never happen to me, I’ve always looked after myself, but here I am.”
She said she was glad to leave the sinking ship of Channel 9. Exe cutives were stressed out, she said, being chased by a number of banks who wanted their debts repaid. But that’s no excuse for the way she was treated. Managing Director Jeff Browne didn’t have the courage to tell her to her face that she was finished and Sonia Kruger would take her place, he took the cowards way out and let her read about it in a newspaper.
Channel 9 bosses were concerned that “no one was watching” because the show was stale, but Sonia Kruger has struggled with executive producer Louisa Hatfield who wants the show to be “fresh.” Kruger co-hosts Mornings with David Campbell who is the son of rocker Jimmy Barnes.
But Kerri-Anne’s decision to switch to Channel 7 has turned out well and her future looks bright. They plan to give her a show in prime-time which will surely turn Kruger green with envy. Kruger has made several pilots for Channel 7 over the years but they all failed to get off the ground. They wanted her to continue with Dancing With The Stars but she said “I needed a new challenge, they didn’t really have the vehicle to offer anything else.”
As Kerri-Anne enters a frightening new chapter in her life, we wish her well.

QUEEN of morning TV Kerri-Anne Kennerley found herself face to face with her idol during the taping of the 1500th episode of her daytime chat show in Sydney this week.
Kennerley met stage legend Liza Minnelli in the hallway, backstage before the show got started.
Minnelli was one of the guests appearing on the milestone episode that will air on Nine this morning.
“We had a brief chat and I said, ‘I have to tell you something, I wanted to be Liza Minnelli’. I told her I had worked in New York, I was a singer when I was there and she was very interested,” Kennerley said.
Kennerley battled through the show after being struck down with a flu- type condition on the day of the taping.
“Can you believe it, it is Murphy’s Law,” she said.
“Why of all weeks – the 1500th show, Liza Minnelli as our guest, of all days why did it happen?”
Kennerley said it was a thrill to have reached 1500 shows with Mornings With Kerri-Anne, which started in October 2002.
“With a show like this you are on the treadmill. It is nice to look back, but you don’t have time to stare,” she said.
“We are already looking ahead to next week.”

KERRY-ANNE KENNERLEY DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER
Television personality Kerri-Anne Kennerley says her involvement with Dancing With The Stars may have saved her life.
Kennerley discovered a small lump in her right breast when trying on a costume for a performance on the Channel Seven dancing show.
The 58-year-old TV veteran said she immediately got it checked out and was diagnosed with cancer soon after.
“The doctor told me if I hadn’t lost eight kilograms on Dancing With The Stars (DWTS), and if I hadn’t been fiddle-faddling with that beaded bra, I might not have realised there was anything wrong for months,”
Kennerley will undergo further medical assessment to determine what treatment she will need.

“We had a brief chat and I said, ‘I have to tell you something, I wanted to be Liza Minnelli’. I told her I had worked in New York, I was a singer when I was there and she was very interested,” Kennerley said.
Kennerley battled through the show after being struck down with a flu-type condition on the day of the taping.
“Can you believe it, it is Murphy’s Law,” she said.
“Why of all weeks – the 1500th show, Liza Minnelli as our guest, of all days why did it happen?”
Kennerley said it was a thrill to have reached 1500 shows with Mornings With Kerri-Anne, which started in October 2002.
“With a show like this you are on the treadmill. It is nice to look back, but you don’t have time to stare,” she said.
“We are already looking ahead to next week.”
Kennerley met stage legend Liza Minnelli in the hallway, backstage before the show got started.
Minnelli was one of the guests appearing on the milestone episode that will air on Nine this morning.
